Flyfishing is possible everywhere. Mainly famous is the salmon fishing at the scandinavian, british and nordamerican birthrivers of these fish. Flyfishing at the coast is popular as well and Northern Germany and Denmark are favored targets for flyfishing.

Flyfishing is possible on all fish with a few exceptions. Classic fish for flyfishing are salmonids (trout, grayling, char and salmon). But you can fish on tarpons, steelhead and bonefish also. The limits of flyfishing are waterconditions that do not allow the use of flyfishing equipment or in case the stream is brutal.
